5 Best Ways How to Check Early Signs Of Pregnancy At Home

Posted on September 27, 2022December 7, 2022 by Dr. Humaira Sikander

Checking early signs of pregnancy at home is very common, and becoming a mother is an inspiring moment for every woman. But, am I pregnant or not? It is the process by which every woman has to be passed out. First, you have to know about early signs of pregnancy at home that you have found described online or heard from someone who has experienced them.

Here, I am going to tell you about 5 accurate early pregnancy signs that can be checked at home:

Table of Contents

  • 1. Missed Periods
  • 2. Changes in Breasts in Early
  • 3. Feeling Tired (Fatigued)
  • 4. Frequent Need to Urinate
  • 5. Nausea and Vomiting
      • Conclusion: Check Early Signs Of Pregnancy At Home

1. Missed Periods

If you have missed your period it can be an early sign of pregnancy. It is the most common and obvious sign of pregnancy. If a girl is missing her period it means that her body produces hormones that stop her ovulation. This shows that the menstrual cycle has stopped and you won’t have a period again until your baby is born.

2. Changes in Breasts in Early

Tenderness: When a girl gets pregnant, her breasts change. If your breasts get tender then you can expect that you have conceived.

Sore or swollen: If you feel your breasts have swelled may be similar to the way your breasts feel before a period then this can be an early sign of pregnancy that you can check at home. The areolas (the area around your nipple) may also begin to darken and get too large. Your breasts will become larger and the bra will get tighter than normal.

3. Feeling Tired (Fatigued)

The early signs of pregnancy include feeling highly tired in the early weeks of pregnancy. This happens due to high levels of the hormone progesterone. Fatigue or tiredness is normal in pregnancy and it is temporary like other pregnancy signs. It tends to get better after 13 weeks of pregnancy but comes back in the third trimester for some women.

4. Frequent Need to Urinate

Frequent urination is one of the early signs of pregnancy. When you get pregnant, you may notice that you feel more need to go to the toilet than usual. This happens because you have more blood than before the pregnancy. During pregnancy, your body supplies more blood than before. This waste exits from your body in the form of urine.

5. Nausea and Vomiting

Most women feel nausea or vomiting in the early days of pregnancy, but it varies from person to person. It’s not necessary that every woman experiences nausea (morning sickness) and there are different levels of nausea. Most women who experience morning sickness may vomit once or twice a day and feel nauseous for a short time each day. However, for some women it can be severe, in that case, nausea can last several hours a day and vomiting occurs more often. One of the conditions of nausea includes that you can feel nausea but never vomit. Almost half of pregnant women vomit due to nausea. In spite of its name “morning sickness,” it may happen day or night at any time in the day. But, it’s absolutely normal to occur during pregnancy.
